Roasters Micro-lot Limited Release: $14.50/454g (1 lb)

 Costa Rica Alturas de Barranca

This is a complex and very elegant tasting coffee. Pronounced sweetness, lively citrus brightness, almond nut tones, medium body.

El Salvador Cerro Las Ranas PN RFA

The 'PN' stands for pulp natural processing at the farm. The green coffee seed is dried in the sun with some of the fruit pulp still on. This lends a fuller, velvety body and a 'miel' or honey note with subtle fruitiness.

 El Salvador Santa Rita Natural

Grown on the same farm as our Santa Rita, this naturally dried coffee is dried in the cherry, lending a softer taste with complexity and a very smooth, creamy feeling on the tongue.

Rwanda Dukunde Kawa Musasa FT

Rwandan coffee is certainly not a household name, but the qualities here are excellent. Floral and vanilla aromas marrying with a light body, and a clean finish.

Single Origin: $12.99/454g (1 lb)

Colombia Excelso Ocamonte (APCO) FT Org

Colombian coffee carries the hallmarks of finest Arabica coffee - full, woody body, fine acidity and good balance. This crowd pleasing coffee will win your guests' accolades and have them coming back for seconds!

 Brazil APROCEM natural FTO

A nutty, chocolatey coffee with a full, rounded, smooth flavour profile. Think of Frank Sinatra's warm vocal tones, and remember, 'they grow an awful lot of coffee in Brazil'.

 El Salvador SHG Santa Rita

Simple, bright, and as pleasing as the sunrise, we roast the El Salvador Santa Rita, a bourbon variety, washed and fermented in the Central American traditional style, to a city+ (medium-light) roast. This allows the terroir of the coffee to shine. It's lively, malty and sweet. Works well as a brew and as a single origin espresso.

 Ethiopia Sidamo OROMIA Natural

A dry milled coffee from the Sidamo region, this coffee has an intriguing fruitiness of soft, ripe red berries (raspberry, strawberry) and a creamy feeling on the tongue. I compare it to strawberry shortcake, that's what it reminds me of (and it pairs well with it too!). The beans will appear somewhat uneven in roasted colour, due to the hand picking and natural drying.

 Ethiopia Yirgacheffe FT Org

A delicate, layered, complex coffee. Look for floral and fruit accents, clean and lively, like an elegant white wine! The roasting adds a backdrop of dry, roasty chocolate tones which assure you will taste a coffee!

 Ethiopia 'Queen City' Harar Natural

Another of our naturally dried coffees, this harar longberry may surprise you with a punch of blueberry shing through the lush fully bodied offering. Treat your guests (or yourself) to this as an after dinner treat or a memorable event. It is terrific as an espresso as well.

 Mexico RedCafes Veracruz

A smooth, mild coffee with hints of chocolate and orange zest.

Peru Cajamarca 'Coicafe' FTO

A full, rounded, mild coffee with low acidity. There's a hint of cinnamon and clove in the finish to keep it interesting.
